Pastor Leon Wright
Pastor Leon E. Wright is a native of Ellendale, Delaware, born to James E. Wright Sr. and the late Patricia A. Saini. He accepted Jesus Christ at ayoung age and was baptized at the age of sixteen.In 1995, Pastor Leon met the love of his life, Pastor Nicole Wright. They were joined in holy matrimony in 1998 and are blessed with five children and nine grandchildren.
Together, their family faithfully served at Christ Unity Center for 24 years under the leadership of the late Pastor JamesFields Sr.In 2002, Pastor Leon earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University.In 2020, God shifted Pastor Leon to Jesus Love Temple in Milford, Delaware, under the leadership of Pastor David A. Shockley Jr., Th.D. While serving faithfully, he was ordained as a Deacon, later elevated to Elder, and is now the Pastor of Abundant Faith & Love Ministries.
Pastor Leon is a humble, compassionate, and gifted servant of God whose ultimate desire is to fulfill God’s will and uplift His Kingdom. He has a genuine passion for community and youth. As a dedicated basketball coach and mentor, he continues to inspire and encourage young people while spreading the love of Jesus Christ.Beyond ministry, Pastor Leon cherishes family time. He enjoys playing basketball, spending quality time with his wife and children, and spoilinghis grandchildren.
